Explain the joule thompson coefficient

A sample of gas which is having one mole of molecules is described by the Equation of State PV=RT(1+bP) .

Initially at 373 K it undergoes JT expansion from the 100atm to 1 atm. Given that CP is 5/2R and the Joule Thompson Coefficient is 0.21 K/atm and that these are constant over the temperature range involved, determine delta S and delta T for this gas.
