The internship program sounds perfect for you, it is exactly what you have been looking for. You grab your phone and immediately go to OM's website only to realize the deadline to apply is January 16, 2019. The job details you found on this (fictitious) company's website are listed on page 2 of these instructions.

OM Inc. is a multi-faceted company with the mission to deliver products that make a difference in the lives of our customers. We design, manufacture, and produce some of the most unique lifestyle products available in today's marketplace.
The 2019 summer internship program offers undergraduate business students the opportunity to work in our product development, supply chain, finance, human resources, and marketing departments. Priority for specific departmental assignments will be given to students majoring in and demonstrating knowledge of the field. Three interns will be assigned to work with our management team.
Each internship opportunity is designed by the department to which an intern is assigned. Interns are expected to present innovative and creative ideas to their teams, collaborate with members of the team, and interface with internal and external decision makers. Interns work with many different kinds of people and must be able to adapt to a variety of situations.
INTERNS WILL:
• Experience hands on strategizing and planning ?
• Participate in regular staff meetings ?
