With their headquarters in Germany, Fabulous is a multi-national company selling footwear, clothes and fashion items for men and women. The company sells its products via its website and its markets have expanded through Western and Northern Europe which include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the UK.
The company stocks all the items in their warehouses and shipments to customers are made from there. The customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are served from Fabulous's central warehouse in Germany. The company owns a number Of local distribution centres and warehouses in Europe and the customers in the other European countries receive their items shipped from those local warehouses. The delivery time from order to collection for German customers is up to 48 hours and for customers in Austria and Switzerland is between 5 to 11 days.
The company provides a price list for delivery of the items depending on the size of the package and whether the customer has requested a fast delivery. Customers in Austria and Switzerland are charged an extra shipping fee if they request shipment to arrive within 48 hours from the order time. The items are delivered to post offices or grocery stores in the neighbourhood, to be collected.
Company OrangeClick
OrangeClick is an e-retailer Of home furniture, fashion items for men, women and kids, and leisure items. The company is Swedish but operates in Norway, Denmark, Finland and Russia. They have a larger variety Of stock keeping units (SKUs) compared to Fabulous.
The products are listed on the company's website as well as in catalogues that are delivered for free to households in cities, as advertisement.
The company has two separate channels for shipping the ordered items to the customers. A group Of items are available in the central warehouse of the Company located in mid-Sweden. Another group of items are shipped directly from the suppliers of OrangeClick to consumers.
Delivery time for the items shipped from the OrangeClick's central warehouse is between 2 to 5 days. For the items ordered from the suppliers, the delivery times varies between 5 to 12 days.
