Does schrute have a cause of action for a constitutional

During the past year, Dunder-Mifflin Paper Company instituted a policy of random employee searches at all of its offices. Michael Scott is charged with conducting the random searches. During a search of Dwight Schrute, Scott finds a loaded pistol in his back pack. Scott calls the police and Schrute is arrested for various weapons charges, including not having a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Schrute sues Dunder-Mifflin and Michael Scott for damages claiming that they violated his 4th Amendment constitutional right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure and his constitutional right to privacy under the U.S. Constitution. Does Schrute have a cause of action for a constitutional violation against Dunder-Mifflin or Michael Scott? Explain.
