Do you think bigger cities are more keen on terrorist attacks? Such as New York, they are clearly more anal about looking for attacks because of what happened on 9/11.
In your opinion, should the Sherriff's Department and the federal agencies use their training style to train the lower-level law enforcement agencies in case the latter might have to be the first one to respond to terrorist threats? Or do you think the lower-level law enforcement agencies are already good at combatting terrorists through their own methods?
