a) Discuss the importance of opinion leaders in marketing and how they can influence the success of a product or service. Identify two opinion leaders and explain and justify your choices.

b) Maslow looked at the different levels of need satisfaction. Find two ads that are directed at each of the levels of satisfaction. Describe the product/service and the ad. Explain which level the ad is aimed at and why you think so.
