Discuss the approach of what is happened to you

Problem:

The approach of "what's happened to you" rather than "what's wrong with you" can potentially impact the way in which I engage, assess, plan, intervene, and terminate/evaluate services I will provide as a social worker by allowing me to take an approach that does not victim blame, and sees what has happened as the problem rather than the person. This will also help me assess an individual better because looking at what's happened and breaking that down rather than just trying to diagnose an issue will better benefit clients. now reply to my classmate Rachel Application question: (Context) In one of the videos assigned this week, it talks about the difference between little T traumas and big T traumas. A little T trauma refers to smaller issues/events that happen over time and build up and then eventually result in trauma responses. So my question is, how can we as social workers help a person experiencing small, ongoing events, before they turn into a little T trauma? Need Assignment Help?
