Difference between children and adults

Problem:

Hello class, I recently read a article about mental health and the difference between children and adults. Although I found it interesting I don't believe it's all facts. In parts of the article it stated that children are more likely to become depressed when talking about things dealing with mental health because it's to many feelings to process. But I didn't find any facts to back that up. How ever I took it in consideration being a concern parent and wanting to know the actual mind state of my children. I spoke with my son who's thirteen and learned thing about him that I didn't know and I must say listening to him voice his understanding of mental health was very interesting so we decided to do some research on mental health and how it effects children and adults differently. I found out that the statement about children becoming depressed by talking about it could be true in some cases but not all so how do I distinguish fact vs opinion. During the conversation with my son and doing some research we found a lot of objective information but his personal outlook and thoughts are subjective to how he feels. Need Assignment Help?
