During this culminating project, you will complete a professional PowerPoint presentation consisting of seven slides. In each slide, you will choose a leadership theory or motivational theory from your book, and describe why your chosen theory would be the most suitable to meet each of the company goals as listed below. Please select a different theory for each company goal using any leadership style or motivation theory in the book. You may chose any company you like, as the focus of the project is on your understanding of how to evaluate and use different leadership styles to meet business goals, not the details of the company.
i. Motivation theories are discussed throughout Chapter 10.
ii. Leadership theories are discussed.
Develop a single slide for each of the following goals. Each slide should include audio or notes narrative to explain your findings and conclusions
i. Goal i: Improve quality of a product or service.
ii. Goal ii: Improve employee collaboration.
iii. Goal iii: Foster decision making skills in the workforce.
iv. Goal iv: Develop and maintain a successful workforce in a global environment.
v. Goal v: Develop strong leadership in the work place.
vi. Goal vi: Foster adherence to organizational values, ethics, and professional responsibility.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
