For this assignment, select one of the employment laws/regulatory issues of the DeCenzo textbook and develop a PowerPoint training session to present a regulatory issue to managers in your organization or an organization of your choice. Your presentation should include:
An explanation of the employment law and its main requirements.
The potential impact this issue could have on employee relations, engagement, and retention.
The skills managers need to effectively implement employer policies regarding this issue.
Make sure you:
Target the presentation to managers.
Have 12 to 14 slides, including a reference slide and speaker's notes.
Organize your research and data in a coherent manner to support a position and influence others.
