Use the History and Physical Examination sections of the case presentation to develop a differential diagnosis of at least 4 possibilities. Compare and contrast the different possible diagnoses with regard to their disease process, symptoms and expected lab/imaging results. Emphasize in particular how you would tell the 4 possibilities apart in order to make an accurate diagnosis. You may need to go beyond the Hankin text to fully answer this question.
