Hawk is a certified paralegal with 20 years of experience. A few years ago, Hawk completed a master's degree program and now teaches in a paralegal studies program at the local college. Hawk often discusses current cases with students as examples. Hawk shares facts, law and legal theories and although Hawk doesn't use identifying information, students know the parties because they live in a small community where media report court cases. Take a look at the Code of Professional Responsibility and determine what rules, if any Hawk has violated. Make sure you clearly identify the rule and which Code of Professional Responsibility you use.
