Introduction:
Develop a hypothetical human resources department of your choosing. You can create a new company or one that already exists with the only requirement being the organization operates internationally.
Tasks:
a. Describe the company you have chosen.
b. Describe your HR department's makeup and structure.
c. Evaluate the HR department's placement within the organization.
d. Develop a mission statement that includes the administrative and operational role of the HR department.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
