Labor unions were an important part of the development of many industries within the United States. They shaped the interaction between employees and companies significantly. They can also be credited for many of the workplace laws currently in effect.
Considering this please address the following prompts in a page:
a) How has union membership in the United States changed over the past few decades?
b) How does union membership in the United States compare with union membership in other countries? How might these patterns in union membership affect the HR decisions of an international company?
