Human population and development is by far one of the most important considerations when identifying factors that have led to the current state of the planet. Two main categories of change have been developed to reduce the effect of population on the environment; these were population growth control and education.
• Describe ways in which countries have implemented change.
• What were these changes, and how have these changes affected the interactions between humans and their environment?
• Which change or plan do you consider most effective in achieving a sustainable future?
