Problem: Have you ever been part of an evaluation process where everyone was rated the same regardless of performance? If you were a high performer how did it make you feel that low performers were given the same rating or worse yet bonus? Did you bring it up to your management?
This week we discussed three types of evaluation systems used, the comparative system, the absolute system and the 360-degree or Multi-source feedback system. Briefly analyze each three and discuss which one you would prefer to be evaluated under and why.
