Problem
1) Identify research-based initiatives/innovations/processes present at the elementary, middle, and high school levels aligned to each of the five levels of high reliability. Use evidence learned based on the school districts and schools researched in the previous assignments and the basics of what makes school districts and individual schools effective and highly reliable.
2) Describe the research-based continuous improvement planning and accountability processes used by district leaders in the school district for school improvement planning and monitoring to ensure success and improvement at the district and school levels.
