Assignment Task: "Beautiful Me" is a famous retailer specializing in makeup and perfumes products. It is one of the biggest retailers in Saudi Arabia, with more than 50 branches span across Saudi Arabia. In each store, employees work with fixed salaries, plus commissions if they achieved sales target or exceeded it. In addition the upper management encourages competition between brands and rewards the brand that achieved the highest sales. Sales representatives at stores try their best to attract customers as they walk to the store. They also tend to convince them that the brand they represent is better than other brands.
Based on that, describe the dominating culture at "Beautiful Me" in detail. Based on that culture, how can the cultural climate be described? How do you think the Ethical Work Climate will look like?
