Describe spains environmental labeling regulation


Question: What are your thoughts on this post I will be taking a look at Spain's environmental labeling regulations? In Spain B2C packaging, in a waste collection bin there has to be labeling for each component of the packaging that can be separated by hand. If it is not separable than it should indicate the bin of the main material by weight. If a package is labeled as reusable than it should indicate the reusability conditions, including the sorting instructions. I found it interesting that the terms "Environmentally friendly" or similar are forbidden in labeling. Also the recyclable packaging should mention the percentage of recyclability which is based on documented proof, and the percentage of recycled content can be claimed under the condition that it is certified. (Trimco Group) I would say that Spain's labeling requirements are fair, and very similar to those used in Europe, and all must be in Spanish and include the name and the EU address of the manufacturer/distributor/packer. In Spain, the regional government of Catalonia requires that all products for distribution in the region must be labeled in the local language (Catalan). Catalonia is the only region in Spain with this official requirement, making the need
