• Part 1: Describe the Johari's window and its importance in understanding communication.
• Part 2: Next, fill in the concealed box of the Johari's window for yourself. Identify 1-2 key stakeholders you are working with at your client organization, and fill in the Johari's window blind box with observations that you have made about the stakeholders.
• Part 3: Describe the pros and cons of revealing more of your concealed self to your client. Also describe the pros and cons of giving feedback on the client's blind spots.
