Problem
Case: Bonnie is a 16 year-old female whose parents have brought her to your practice for treatment. She is extremely thing, and her parents report that she has always described her body as "hideous" and refuses to go to family functions where she might have to eat in public, saying she would be humiliated. She insists on eating exactly 5 celery stalks and 1 pickle with each meal, though very little else is ever eaten. Her parents are very concerned about her behavior and her health.
