Define how your online shopping habits evolved since covid

Problem

As the world opens up, consumers are making decisions about which parts of their changed Consumer Behaviour patterns they are going to keep, and which they are going to change.

One of the most significant is in how Consumers relate to the retail experience - everyone has bought more online in the last two years than ever before - for some, it is everything they want in a shopping experience (ease, variety, no human contact) and for others the "live" experience is still what they want (human interaction, destinations, physical contact with products).

For this question:

a) Online habits - Define how your own online shopping habits evolved since COVID - what kind of onlineconsumer were you in February 2020? How did that change through 2020 and 2021? How do you see your "online consumer" self in the future?

b) Physical Store habits - Now that we are back to "normal" retail (stores open, no masking, distancing or occupancy limits) we all have the option of going back to all of our old retail habits. Will you? What is your perspective on the future of "Physical" retail? Is there a meaningful place for it in the future?
