Problem:
Pretend that I am a new support worker and show me the process for assisting with basic medical and personal care tasks, including:
1. Basic first aid, such as dealing with a scrape on a child's knee or a bruise.
2. Following the procedure for dealing with soiled clothing (e.g. toileting accidents or vomit). Hint: Remember to use proper PPE, cleaning/sanitising and waste disposal processes when dealing with bodily fluids (even for small amounts).
