TASK - WEIGHTING
Your team should consider a new(actual/ hypothetical) project. You have to develop a project management plan for the project selected by your group. Your project management plan report shall cover management of following aspects:
(i) scope
(ii) schedule
(iii) cost
(iv) quality
(v) resource
(vi) communication
(vii) change
(viii) conflict/ dispute
(ix) risk
(x) procurement.
The written report of Task 3 is not expected to be more than 25 pages and should be properly cited and must contain references.
