You have now defined a global health initiative for a select location. In a 3-5 page paper, describe your proposal for creating a team to create sustainable capabilities to address the issue you have selected. What entities or capabilities do your propose to assemble?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
