Create an emergency preparedness plan for your residence. Describe your residence from entry and exits. Based on each room complete a brief description of your emergency package and plan to evacuate. You should address what type of emergency you are preparing for such as, fire, flood, hurricane, etc.
There should be:

b) Type of emergency (describe)
c) Written Plan.
