Create a contingency plan by using a decision tree. The contingency plan will focus on Raising money for charity for a wildlife sanctuary. This sanctuary will be home to displaced big cats (i.e. lion, tigers).
A decision tree is a tool used to visually display a series of decisions and their associated outcomes. This will aid you in creating your contingency plan by displaying each of your plans components and the possible outcomes at each decision point. You will find a sample decision tree in Appendix C.
Write a 200 to 300 word explanation of your contingency plan. Describe what decisions are involved in completing the project. Describe how those decisions depend upon or lead to one another-in other words, describe how you put together your decision tree. Identify where things could go wrong in completing the project and how you have planned for those events. What contingencies have you built in to your project plan just in case something goes wrong? By the time you finish, each of the things you have described in your write-up should be visualized in your decision tree.
