2.What information should be gathered during citizen stops and searches to either validate or dispel claims of racial profiling?
3.Do you believe that significantly higher numbers of minority stops and searches in predominantly white areas is a valid indication of racial profiling, or do you believe that someone appearing “out of place” is a valid factor to consider in determining if reasonable suspicion exists for a stop?
