Communications satellites are placed in a circular orbit

Communications satellites are placed in a circular orbit where they stay over a fixed point on the equator. These are called geosynchronous orbits because the satellites have the same period as the earth. The radius of the earth is 6.37x10^6m and the altitude of a geosynchronous orbit is 3.58x10^7m above earths surface. Find average speed of the satellite in geosynchronous orbit. Find the magnitude of acceleration.
