Your point about supervision and peer support is also important. These supports help counselors deal with their own grief and still do their jobs well. Lehmiller (2020) explains that working with older adults often means facing more deaths, so counselors need clear ways to cope. Without support, their unresolved feelings could affect how they help future clients. Overall, nice job. I also liked your idea that bereavement training can help prevent problems before they start.
