Problem: Narrow casting is more effective than broadcasting for the reason that narrow casting aims for a much broader audience with minimal limitations that are otherwise enforced on broadcast radio or television by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission). Broadcasting applies a plethora of limitations on what should and should not be aired on television and/or radio broadcast.
