Write a 2-3 page paper applying one of the theories of motivation from an outside scholarly source to a situation you have witnessed or been a part of in your organization. Be sure to discuss how the theory you selected relates to the situation in a positive or negative way, and if negative, how the situation could have been handled differently if a different tactic was taken. Use at least two outside sources with at least one being from a peer reviewed / scholarly journal to support your contentions.
