At what frequency must wing of the mechanical model flap

The lift force generated by the flapping wing of a bird in horizontal flight (in air) may be assumed to be a function of the same parameters as for an aircraft wing, i.e., b (span), c (chord), forward speed V, fluid density p(rho), and viscosity u(mu). In addition, include the flapping frequency w(omega) of the wing as a parameter. Tests are planned, under similar conditions, on 2/3-scaled mechanical model of a bird that flies at a forward speed of 5m/s, with a wing span of 1m and a chord of 0.5m. The tests are to be done in a water channel. At what speeds must the tests be carried out? At what frequency must the wing of the mechanical model flap if the frequency of the bird's wing is known to be 3 beats/sec? Estimate the lift force on the bird's wing if the lift force measured on the model is 200N?
