Find value of mass and relative angular settings

A, B, C, and D are four masses attached to a rotating shaft, with their centers of mass lying at radii of 100, 125, 200 and 150 mm respectively. The planes in which the masses rotate are spaced 0.6 m apart with A and D at two ends of the shaft. The magnitude of masses A, C, and D are 15, 10, and 8 kg respectively. Find the value of mass B and the relative angular settings (with respect to A) for the shaft to be in complete balance.
