Clarifying Misconceptions
When having a discussion about your lifespan development class one of your colleagues states that children are incapable of thoughtful behavior and don't begin to learn until they are in elementary school. Assist your colleagues in understanding growth and development by briefly describing the six theories of human development discussed in the reading.
In your response compare and contrast your beliefs to the research on nature versus nurturing environments. Discussion posts should be at least 300 words and include minimally (2) citations from this week's reading.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
