The goal is to link theory in HRM practices or programs. Your research is centered on employee engagement and organizational branding. Imagine that you are a new HRM manager providing a summary paper to the executive management team on the challenges facing the organization from an HRM perspective on either employee engagement or organizational branding. The summary paper can include descriptions of HRM best practices or innovations in companies or organizations. One important element is illustrating the effectiveness of HRM. Again, imagine that the summary paper is aimed at the executive management team of an organization.
i. Analyze the research and the information from recent journals and publications
ii. Analyze the implications for HRM and the organization utilizing research journal articles or publications as well as new research on best practices and innovations that illustrate human resource management effectiveness.
