Problem: The quality of site production activities is often taken into consideration in order to satisfy internal and external stakeholders while building good reputation for the firm. However the literature is full of example of project deviations in the form of non-conformance to qualify requirements and other objectives. Considering this statement, analyse the significance of a Quality Management plan in ensuring Quality conformance.
