It is an administration system and idea that stresses on goals rather than procedure. It provides accountability and liability and gets to know the workers or employees needs for achievement and self-fulfillment. It meets these requirements by giving opportunities for contribution in goal setting procedure. Subordinates also get involved in development of their own careers.
