2. Management Appraisal & Audit: There will be systematic response sessions to check whether we are reaching or where we are supposed to reach.
3. Examination of Growth Desires: Here the problem which has disclosed will be strained to and improved via expansion program.
4. Additional Wants: The assessment may uncover a need to recruit and select new organisation ability. With company’s size the format of EDP will vary and nature of operation so as to provide optimum result.
