Explain what is meant by the memory system and the memory less system?

If system’s output signal at certain time depends upon the past values of input signal then the system is said to be memory. Circuit with inductors capacitors are examples of the memory system.
If output at certain time depends upon the current values of the input signal then the system is said to be memory less system. An electronic circuit with the resistors is considered as an example for the memory less system.
