The two types of communications are: Analog and digital communication.
As a technology, analog is the method of taking an audio or video signal (that is, the human voice) and translating it to electronic pulses. Digital on the other hand is breaking down the signal into a binary format where the audio and video data is symbolized by a series of 1’s and 0’s.
