WAB is best suited for jobs where there are many employees especially for sales and technical jobs. It can help in reducing the employee turnover later on. However, there are several problems associated with WAB e.g.
1. It takes time to develop such a form.
2. The WAB would have to be updated every few years to ensure that the factors previously identified are still valid products of job success.
3. The organisation should be careful not to depend on weights of a few items while finally selecting the employee.
