Your thoughts and supporting documentation show strong

Question: Part 1: Your thoughts and supporting documentation show strong understanding. What do you think is the relationship between stress and corresponding self-efficacy?

Part 2: I wanted to ask you a question as it relates to one of your points in the post. I had heard of dissociation but had never looked into it our used it as a primary coping mechanism in my life. I had previously been under the assumption that it was not truly beneficial since it removes the individual from the environment that they are in. To me, you lose immediacy in the situation when you slip into a "fantasy" so to speak. This might just be me, but I feel like the "moment" is the most important thing one can experience. It may sound cliche, but the moment that you are currently in is the only thing you are guaranteed in this life,so I try and not shy away from the moment I am in. Do you feel like this is a strategy that should be employed liberally? Or something that should be used in limited or special circumstances?
