How are you going to develop this system that should be supported by a combination of various communication networks supported by mobile technology. Write a project document with Requirements Specification, detailed plan for implementation and deployment. Also, elaborate your plan for testing strategies and methods for such web based system.
The content section of the paper will be 10-12 pages in length (not including cover page and references), 11-point Times New Roman font, one-inch boarders, and 1.5-spaced. You will need at least five professional journal or book references.
