You have a customer who has been banking with you for years

You have a customer who has been banking with you for years, and who clearly trusts you. She wants to open several new accounts, so you refer her 2 another person in your branch who handles new accounts. She says she is not interested in dealing with anyone except you, and if she cannot open these accounts through you she will not open them. What would you do? (a) Reassure her that the person you are recommending is very highly qualified, and is really the best person in the branch to ensure that she gets the right account for her needs (b) Explain that your coworker has to be the one to complete the actual paperwork, and offer to sit with her while the accounts are opened (c) Reiterate that you are, unfortunately, not trained in opening new accounts, and will continue to process her transactions when the accounts are opened (d) Suggest that you personally introduce her to your colleague, and explain her needs and interests
