Wastage is common in all organisations. You are required to make presentation to all staff on how energy wastage can be reduced.this presentation should include the following.
1. Why wastage is occuring
2. The environmental impact of energy wastage.
3. Strategies for reducing energy consumption over next 3 months.
4. Feedback from participants ( feedback form you can give out to the participants)
5. A monitoring program to check the progress of reducing wastage (e.g signs and charts)
6. An appropriate incentive award to encourage team members to meet the target.
