Assignment Directions: Choose two of the five clinical scenarios listed below. You will be expected to come up with three differential diagnoses for the chief complaint as presented by your patient, and address the following?
1. Write up a mock HPI of subjective symptoms that you may typically hear as reported from your patient during the initial interview. List pertinent ROS findings that help to justify the differentials that you have chosen.
2. List physical exam findings you may expect to see.
3. List all the diagnostic tools (ie labs, imaging) that you may use to rule in/out your particular differentials.
4. List all pharmacologic, non-pharmacologic, and pertinent education that you would use to manage the differentials.
5. Please site sources utilized to support your decision-making.

- 18-year-old female c/o perineal burning
