Problem

A nurse provides nursing care to a 40-year-old female patient with the initials J.G, in the psych-medical unit of a forensic hospital, DSH-P with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia disorder, depressive type. The results of the study stated that patient J.G continued to experience auditory hallucinations, commands that the patient said were telling him to hurt himself, the patient stated, "they say, if I don't scratch myself, then I will go to hell". The patient also stated that "sometimes sometimes the voices don't bother me, sometimes they are nice to me, but sometimes I feel overwhelmed when they tell me to hurt myself, and if I ignore them, I will die and go to hell". his inability to control his auditory hallucinations and his inability to contain command hallucinations and his desire to scratch/injure himself.
