Homework: Comp Challenges in Business
Submit a scholarly, 2 to 4 pages evaluation of two change management philosophies and models. Your evaluation must include the following:
i. An examination of the reasons for successful organizational change
ii. An evaluation of your personal experience with or knowledge of organizational changes, both successful and unsuccessful
iii. A dissection of the organizational change philosophies and or models that contain concepts that support and/or refute your successful and unsuccessful organizational change experiences
iv. A synthesis of the Learning Resources along with appropriately formatted references to a minimum of two scholarly, peer-reviewed articles per page of your paper to support your assertions
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
