Program design refers to identifying and defining the elements that go into the delivery of a service. There is a need for programs that are designed to provide interventions that align with the population being served. Multicultural program design needs to address cultural variables, such as ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, and sexual orientation. For this discussion, assume that you are creating a multicultural program proposal that is addressing the needs of diverse groups in a community, preferably our local community.

1. What are some creative ways to ensure that the program is sensitive to cultural diversity, as it relates specifically to developing the following areas of the logic model?
